Each week our pictures make front covers of magazines and newspapers around the globe. In this series, we ask the photographers for the story behind their leading shots.

I shot this image of a model on the runway at the SS15 Mariana Jungmann show at Fashion Scout at Freemasons Hall on day one of London Fashion Week. I noticed straight away that the models had interesting looking sunglasses and thought they would make good accessory shots. I love how this model reached up and touched her sunglasses as she got to the end of the runway. This small gesture turns what would have been a basic headshot into a picture that sums up what the Spring Summer collections are all about.

The way this show was lit accentuates the feeling of sunshine, warmth and hot days although the harsh bright light was a bit of a technical challenge as the exposure at the end of the runway where I shot the model was about four stops brighter than the rest of the runway where you normally shoot full length pictures. I had to make a very quick adjustment to my camera settings in order to capture this image. I was really pleased to see it make the front of The Times the next day, it was a great start to Fashion Week!
